If you desire your request to remain private to the Pastoral Staff please chose “do not share my information” when you submit your request. Otherwise, by submitting your request, it signifies that you have given us permission to share your prayer request. Additionally, West Side has the right to modify the information submitted as needed to ensure that proper levels of privacy and discretion are maintained.
